**Payment:**

- All orders require upfront payment before shipping.

**Returns & Exchanges:**

- Due to the custom nature of our products we currently cannot accept returns.  If there is a flaw in the workmanship in your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

**Shipping & Delivery:**

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times aren't guaranteed. USPS manages shipping timelines, and we're unable to provide refunds for delays beyond estimates. To ensure timely delivery, order well in advance.

- Prints and paper goods ship within 5-7 business days in secure packaging.

- USPS First Class or Priority Mail is used based on weight and destination.

**Discounts & Codes:**

- Usually, multiple discount codes can't be applied to a single order.

- Discounts aren't applicable to prior orders without the specified code at checkout.

- Ensure code application before checkout, as orders can't be canceled for reapplying codes.
